Dear Member Federations,

We would like to put your attention once more to the 2nd European Masters Games, which also include our sport fencing and will take place in Lignano Sabbiadoro (ITA), not very far from Venice at the Adriatic seaside, and the same place as for the Junior world cups every year.

The organisers have upon our request extended the final registration date for participation until 15th August 2011. The 4 categories in fencing (30+, 40+, 50+, and 60+) in all categories, male and female, are a wonderful opportunity to combine our sport with vacation or a few leisure days. And especially the categories 30+ and 40+ should encourage those fencers who have not yet participated in veterans fencing.
The final calendar will be published after the 15th August when all registrations are accepted by the organisers.

You find all details on the website www.lignano2011.it in Italian and English language for your convenience. Please pass this letter to your national veteran fencers!
